Boston Wedding Photographer - What To Collect For Your Photographer The Morning Of Your Wedding Day
The rings. All of them!
Bridal Accessories. Dress, bridal dress hanger, veil, shoes, earrings, bracelets, hair clips, sunglasses/glasses, perfume, hat, any type of clutch/bag, etc.
Groom Accessories. Shoes, bow tie or tie, tie clip, watch, sunglasses/glasses, socks, flask, cufflinks, etc.
Stationary. Save the dates, your full invitation suite (including an addressed envelope), day-of info, vow books, program stationary, menus, table numbers, etc. Ask your stationary designer to give you an extra invitation suite just to photograph. Make sure to keep your stationary as flat as possible.
Florals. Bridal bouquet, the bridal party bouquets, the groom and groomsmen’s boutonnieres, parent flowers, etc. You can ask your florist to give you a couple extra flowers to help me style your flat-lays with.
Gifts. If you’re exchanging notes or gifts, make sure to let your photographer know. I’ve photographed everything from guest welcome baskets, gifts for the bride, groom, bridal party, parent gifts, rehearsal dinner welcome bags, doggy bags, etc.
Special items. I’ve photographed everything from plane tickets to family vintage ring boxes to a piece of the bride’s mom’s wedding dress.
Speciality signage. Menus, programs, escort cards, table numbers, etc.
